I've lived throughout the union and Middlesex county areas as well. I am very educated and know New Jersey pretty good so I do not limit myself or my Real Estate service to only one or two counties. I love everything about our great Garden State of New Jersey. I am a passionate and dedicated Real estate Broker and Instructor. I work very hard in assisting my clients in achieving their Real Estate goals. I love to teach this exciting career of real estate. Benedict Guerrier II, is a successful and well respected Venture Capitalist and Real Estate Developer with a proven track record conceptualizing, securing, and implementing complex, equity and Real Estate deals. He also has demonstrated success achieving large scale returns on equity and Real Estate investment deals. Benedict is a founding partner and Principal of G & C Real Estate Enterprise, LLC., a Real Estate Company focused on Urban revitalization through the rehabilitation of blighted residential properties.
Moreover as a result of Benedict's passion and commitment to human and community development, he also ensures that his tenants and residents have the opportunity to participate in life skills, financial literacy, and vocational/workforce development classes. Through his not-for-profits, Benedict also ensures that his homeowners and tenants have the opportunity to access all necessary supportive services to help them maintain homeownership and to be a viable financial contributor to Urban centers and society. From continuing his passion to being a mentor to young at-risk adults to being founder and president of Boisrond and Guerrier Enterprise, a Real Estate investment firm, and to owning his own for-profit and not-for-profits businesses, Benedict has proven himself as a highly effective, cutting edge, community oriented professional.
